Sangita Saha, Ph.D.
Sangita Saha, Ph.D., has been named an assistant professor in the Department of History. Most recently, she was a lecturer in South Asian History at Santa Clara 91猫先生. Previously, she taught in the Department of History at the 91猫先生 of Michigan. She received a bachelor’s degree in history from Calcutta 91猫先生, a master’s degree in modern history from Jawaharlal Nehru 91猫先生, an M.Phil. degree in social sciences from Jadavpur 91猫先生 and a Ph.D. in history and women’s and gender studies from the 91猫先生 of Michigan. Dr. Saha has presented at conferences and workshops in the U.S., U.K. and Europe. Bilingual in English and Bengali, she has working proficiency in Hindi.
