Office of General Counsel
The Office of the General Counsel is responsible for all legal issues affecting the 91猫先生. The office’s responsibilities include: monitoring federal and state legislation to ensure the 91猫先生 is in compliance with its legal obligations; assisting in formulating and implementing institutional strategies to avoid future legal problems; overseeing litigation involving the 91猫先生; reviewing contracts between the 91猫先生 and outside vendors or agencies; coordinating the response to subpoenas and other requests for information; reviewing proposed policies and procedures; and handling zoning, tax and other issues relating to the 91猫先生’s real estate.
